Registration

You can register for the conference through our delegate registration system. We encourage you to do so before 11 May 2026 18 May 2026 to benefit from early-bird rates.

Every attendee, i.e. author, chairperson, scientific committee member, is required to register for the conference. At least one author must register and attend the conference for publication of any accepted paper.

Registration Fees - All prices are in pound sterling (GBP)

*Student registrations must be validated by a letter signed by the student's supervisor and emailed to info@gpr2026.org

The delegate registration fee includes:

• Access to all areas of the conference, including oral sessions, poster sessions, and exhibition
• Coffee breaks, lunches, and ice-breaker reception
• Ticket for the conference dinner

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

If you have bought a ticket and require a refund, please get in touch. Our refund policy allows for refunds to the value of 80% of the original ticket price.
